Flatpack Container House

Flatpack is a kind of container house consists by container roof, container base, four columns and sandwich wall panels. We have prefabricated all above parts in our factory, so the container roof will be an integrated one piece with PU foam as insulation, with electrical system embedded and ready for connecting. The door and windows are pre-installed into the wall panel, conduits, cable, sockets and switches are also well pre-installed. Base is also well finished with floor deck and flooring, even plumbing is pre-set into the container base, only need to be connected to the outlets during installation.

We have standard 20ft size design in both empty for office space and with bathroom for living. They can also be combined together to meet with different space requirements, they can also be built in three floors to save land.

CBC Flatpack Container House is made by Q355 galvanized steel frame and long lifetime sandwich wall panels, the overall lifetime of our flatpack container home can reaches to 15~20 years even in some heavy wind or highly corrosive areas.

We have the highest quality standard for the Flatpack Container House from the design to materials and production till installation:

  • Design

    we chose PU injection for the roof insulation system, which has much better performance in tightness, strength and insulation. this system is patented in China. what's more, our container home is designed for 1KN/sqm roof live load and 2.5KN/sqm floor load, wind resistance can reach to 210km/H;

  • Materials

    we use Q355 galvanized steel cold rolled for the main frame, all frames are full welded together then well-polished and painted in our automatically painting platform, which will be much better than by manual. the steel sheets on both side of the sandwich wall panels are with aluminum zinc galvanized-AZ50g/sqm plus PE coating in 15/5um treatments, lifetime can reach to 15~20 years.

  • Production

    most of the cutting, drilling, welding and painting are by machines or auto-arms, much better in accuracy and more guarantee for the quality;

  • Installation

    we have SOC packing which will be much easier for materials sort out onsite, less problem for installation and also time saving. we have very detail installation instructions and videos to guide the onsite work, make sure every project can be handled over perfectly.

Packing and transportation

Packing and transportation

We have two methods for packing: flat packing or SOC packing. We will pack the container roof and base together, and use steel rack to pack and protect the sandwich wall panels and other accessories. Or we will use the container roof and base to make a self-owned-container box, put all sandwich wall panels and other components into the box, so one unit is a box, very easy to sort out the materials onsite and no items will be missed.

CBC’s design and research activity applies BIM system and Autodesk Revit software. As China Wholesale Flatpack Container House Suppliers and Flatpack Container House Manufacturers.Based on relevant information and requirements of the project, we establish a building model to simulate the real information about the building through digital information simulation. what’s more, we can easily present details and 3D renderings of our company’s products to all clients.

Innovative Solutions

In Year 2007, we created a unique flatpack roof system Using injected PU foam as core material, which solved the problem of the balance between the tightness, the strength and the full prefabrication in the factory.

We are also the first one to use FrameCAD system to design and manufacture the light gauge steel villa in China.

We have more than 100 patents for different parts or technology innovations, such as the wall panel clips, the skirting, the corner parts…

Product Knowledge

Flatpack is a type of container house that is constructed using prefabricated components. It typically consists of a container roof, container base, four columns, and sandwich wall panels.

The container roof serves as the top structure of the house, providing protection from the elements. It is usually made from sturdy materials to ensure durability and weather resistance.

The container base forms the foundation of the house. It is designed to provide stability and support for the structure. The base is often reinforced to withstand the weight of the house and any additional loads.

Four columns are used to support the roof and connect it to the base. These columns are strategically positioned to distribute the weight evenly and provide structural integrity.

Sandwich wall panels are used to create the walls of the container house. These panels are typically made of layers of insulation material sandwiched between two layers of exterior cladding. They offer excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, and fire resistance.

The flatpack design allows for easy transportation and assembly of the container house. The prefabricated components can be quickly assembled on-site, reducing construction time and costs. This makes flatpack container houses a popular choice for temporary or portable housing solutions, as well as for permanent dwellings.
